"Air-conditioning is the best. Cleaning of the room, need to improve. A lot of left over hair on the floor. Complaint issue, we pay for 5 person room, but only provide 2 queen bed, how to sleep? Not right changing extra 1 person but without bed provided. Even towel also not enough for 5."
