Staff and owners treat you well

room is big, clean. bathroom as well.

Again the Hennan staff were amazing! Jhun, Lloyd, Jefferson, Sam & others......thank you. This breakfast buffet was much better than Hennan Garden. Dinner menu was really good value. The sky bar is amazing. 2 minor improvements; they need USB chargers in rooms and after hours noise kept us awake a couple if times. Thanks Henry & Anna!

Frank, Chy and the rest of the staff were super accommodating and they went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. The rooms are well spaced, we have an infant and they made sure we had a cot available. They also catered for our baby’s food. Room is always clean without us even asking. They recommended places to visit, where to eat and what to do. The pool is literally outside the rooms so our little one had so much fun! We had the best time and we are extremely grateful to the owner...

Property is nice but lacks vehicle parking!

Pool needs better maintenance and tile repairing. Everything else about the hotel is 1st Class Food and rooms excellent

It was one of the best experiences I have had in the Philippines. The ambiance, the incredible friendly staff, food was very good, and the beaches so incredibly beautiful and picturesque

We liked the proximity to the pools and beach especially for sunset cocktails. The buffet and unli drinks at Sea Breeze were a good deal. We also enjoyed the night swimming til midnight . Will definitely book again !

It was really and amazing experience for us. We will definitely come back in the future.

My room was clean Staff are AMAZING and love -love the idea of being able to access the swimming pool from my back door I enjoyed it I'm already thinking bringing my whole family next year

Very friendly staff, very clean room

Very nice stay, 2 nights with wife and 2 y/o daughter. The staff is fantastic in every way. Room was excellent, clean, spacious, comfortable. The pool is exceptional and the grounds are beautiful, like paradise. Very close to Alona Beach. A hidden gem, highly recommended. We can't wait to return.

Friendly staffs cleanliness

My wife and I stayed here 8 days in a junior garden suite and absolutely loved it. The service, facilities, location and value are excellent and we were very sad to leave! Pros: Staff – excellent personalised service, everyone was very professional, they make you feel like a VIP, attentive, get to know what you like very quickly, listen to feedback and make improvements Rooms - junior suite, nice garden view, close to restaurant, large room, high ceilings, well designed, functional, cool,...

The Ohana is a nice, small property very near the airport but with nothing around it, so it feels very isolated. The buildings and landscaping are lovely and the staff seem very proactive in maintaining the look of the property. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Because it is such a small property, all the staff seem very involved and do a number of jobs, which is nice. The rooms are good but a little bit basic. It would be nice to have a chair of some sort in the room so you don't...

The room is clean and nice the only problem we encountered is there are mosquitos. We enjoyed the pool, overall the place it’s great.
