"My stay was nothing short of amazing, room was superb, the staff was friendly, the hotel was located in the ideal spot and I want to thank the front desk clerk Javier he really made our stay so much more awesome; he was helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable and all with a smile his service (11/10), Also our server Jeny was splendid she truly made our dining experiences memorable. Overall Novotel is a 10/10 for me and definitely will recommend to others."

"Was blown away from we walked in. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Everything about this hotel was amazing. The rooms were so comfortable I did not want to leave. The level of cleanliness was next level. My favorite was the shower in our room. We will definitely book this hotel in the future whenever we visit Panamá again! This is our first choice! Also so many food options in walking distance and a mall near by. Ubering from this hotel was really inexpensive."
