My stay here was generally positive. The staff were generally very good and attentive except for the pool bartender who was not very friendly. This is an older hotel. The grounds are in pretty good shape, and the pool was very nice. Free buffet breakfast was excellent. The rooms are spacious but need to be refurbished and the furniture is outdated and needs to be replaced. The Expedia pictures do not reflect the true conditions of the rooms. However for the price paid one cannot complain too much. Not sure I will stay here next time. I’ll pay a little extra to insure my room is properly furnished.

Our stay was so very comfortable. The room was very clean and very roomy. We had a little issue with the first room that was assigned but the receptionist at the desk Laura Castillo immediately sorted us out with a much better room. The ambiance and pool area was lovely. Breakfast was exceptional. Local dishes available to choose from. There is also storage for your luggage after check out. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I was there with my mom for my birthday. The check in process was very slow, my room wasn’t ready and there were a few minor details with the aesthetics like no hot water at times and some repairs going on, but other than that my stay was nice. Very comfortable room and bed, courteous staff. Great driver to the airport (Luis)! I’m glad my room was far from the pool! The time I was there there was a huge pool party. Also the food in the main dining room was delicious! Thanks for a great stay!

The room was dirty and they had roaches. The staff was friendly but they weren’t able to resolve much or offer compensation. The food was only decent once out of a 10 day stay. After seeing roaches we ate elsewhere. Horrible experience. Will upload pictures under Google review. I would suggest the owners renovate all the rooms and give it a good cleaning. It’s located in a great location. The pictures on Expedia are not for all rooms. The cabana rooms were smaller and unkempt.

The customer service and the restaurant was great! But, when it comes to the rooms it is not pleasant. The rooms need a urgent upgrade, repaint, and deep clean. As soon as you enter the rooms (booked two rooms) both had a bad smell, both baths had mold and taking a shower wasnt something you were enjoying. The windows are extremely dirty. Althought, the hotel is nice I do recommend an extreme attention to the rooms and baths.

Room was nice but the shower water was not going out the water was clog, we had to ask for face towels none was in the room, over all i enjoyed my stay, breakfast was amazing
