"Our stay at the JW Marriott Panama was absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed, elegant, and with incredible views of the ocean and Panama City skyline. The amenities really make the property feel like a luxury resort, especially the beautiful pools, restaurants, fitness center, and relaxing outdoor spaces. What truly stood out, though, was the outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. I especially want to recognize Sumaya, who made our check-in experience phenomenal. She was incredibly warm, helpful, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the very beginning. The combination of a beautiful property, excellent amenities, and exceptional hospitality made our stay truly memorable.
