This place is extremely good value for the price ! Housekeeping came to my room 2x a day to check on me. No pests, no bugs. The shower pressure feels like a deep massage, you have a bidet, room service, friendly receptionist! This place almost feels like a 5 star hotel lol. Warning: Remote workers? DO NOT DEPEND ON HOTEL WIFI. You need a good mobile hotspot, their WiFi connection is good but unstable. Plenty of great takeout food $5 a block away, $1 smoothies, it’s truly a small paradise. Security at nighttime guarding the front entrance. Solo woman traveler from USA approves ✔️

One member of staff in this hotel went above and beyond to help me recover my mobile phone, which I had lost in a taxi cab. The hotel itself is in a decent location, being so close to the metro and supermarkets. The beds are comfortable and the rooms cleaned daily. My issues were sound proofing, which are non existent(the traffic in Bella Vista is relentless) and breakfasts which are not great. However overall I rate this little budget hotel highly and would stay again. Bring a little Spanish and you will be ok.Ant.

It’s pretty basic. It was fine clean. Staff was ok. I contacted them in advance to check about early checking, as my flight was arriving early, and I had some work meetings. They said it would be charged, which I agreed upon. But when I showed it up at the hotel, they said no.

Staff very nice, price is good loved that included breakfast. Location was great also. Hotel does need an upgrade. Rooms smell moldy or humid, floors felt oily and sticky in the room. Room walls need caring plaster just peels off by windows. Bathrooms are a little moldy. Breakfast was great but floors are dirty sticky and super slippery.

Room was "Mid- Grade. Clean, no bugs of any kind. Clean, fresh bed linen. One of the best showers Ive ever had! Restaurant was ok. Limited menu. Not going to win any awards, but was priced right. Not bad. Busy street outside. Even 5 floors up it got loud. No big deal. We would consider staying again.

Off the beaten trail...

Amazing hotel, nice location. Located in quiet part of town without heavy pedestrian or vehicular traffic. Rooms were clean with working wi-fi and air conditioning. Friendly staff. Next time I'm in Panama will definitely book this hotel.
