"Clean hotel but amenities not as advertised. Restaurant wasn't open or on limited menu majority of our stay, certain drinks/menu items were only available at the outdoor bar not indoor bar and vice versa, indoor bar often unstaffed, Jelly's shop only stays open until 5pm and there isn't actual room service. This hotel has the potential to be very nice and resort like feel if they would just make all the amenities available to you. Otherwise very nice, almost like private beach access and the umbrella rental company is conveniently located right in front of the hotel. Balconies are only on ocean front side and the hotel's location is a little far down from most of the shops and restaurants so not as walkable feel as other places we have stayed in PCB. Breakfast was OK, but again if bacon is available at the downstairs shop to purchase on a breakfast sandwich, why is it not a buffet option upstairs? I realize some of this is nitpicking but I just expected a little more for the price I paid. In the future I would book a less premium hotel just to be in a better location, since most of the extras weren't really available to us anyway. But again very clean, nice ambience, loved the outdoor bar and pool setup. 8/10"

"While at the airport our reservation at another property was canceled due to a credit card mixup. This resort was recommended by hotels.com and they were able to accommodate us on a short notice. We are forever appreciative of the staff. Great job. We were surprised by the age of the facility. The website pictures are “enhanced “ . While this is an older property, we were satisfied with our stay. Our room was clean but the furniture was definitely old and slightly mixed-matched. But we came to stay by the pool and beach. This property served our needs and the staff was extraordinary and made up for the older property. Several of the guest are long term repeat visitors who request the same room every year. Will come back and next time request an updated room"

"Just got back home yesterday.They have excellent staff other than Nicki front desk night clerk he was a nightmare does not belong there.I would suggest that you take your own pots and pans.Took a day and a half for them to get us some that sucked! But with that being said,I would go back and stay again we had the best time it was perfect weather for six days."

"The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. There weren’t many pans m, etc., to cook with in the kitchenette but we weren’t told to bring any. The bathroom was clean but old. The room was nicely located to the pool and parking. The balcony wasn’t really kept up but it had a great view of the ocean and sunset. It was on the cheaper end of places to stay, so you get what you pay for."
