We really liked the convenience store in the resort. The room was clean and had a beautiful view. We did wish the restaurants were a little more budget friendly. The ice cream store was not open. The lazy river was freezing but for the time of the year it was expected.

We had a great view of the beach as well as the pool and lazy river area. We were able to see everything from our room on the 12th floor including the fire dance. Food at the bar area was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Only negative was cheap toilet paper.

This place was sold as a resort with "all you need". It is not that. Beach is absolutely beautiful. Rooms were gross. Food was ok but overpriced and took a very long time. 1 elevator for the entire place, no where to get coffee, 1 bathroom for the beach in the pool that's located near the lobby that is gross.

This place was a lot of fun, and the staff was always friendly with fun attitudes! However our room did have used nicotine patches on the floor and a spot on the tile floor that looks like stepped on gum. I also would not recommend staying if you have an early flight, the resort is loud until about 12am!

Cleab rooms, friendly staff, convenient shop, no need to go outside resort for entertainment. Super kid friendly. We felt safe at all times. Checking of wrist bands to make sure you belong at resort. Activities for everyone. Close proximity to all sorts of entertainment. Warm pool for the cool spring weather. Loved the lazy river. My family enjoyed it and we built new memories together.

The outside area with a couple pools, lazy river, tiki bar, and beach within 20 steps was amazing. You don’t have to leave there all day if you don’t want to. We will totally stay here again. They aren’t so strict with rules and the pool stays open late. The nightly big screen movies were a hit with our 7 year old and the bands that came to play. The only downfall is that the tiki bar wait time for food was over an hour but the staff was so amazing. I hope they also add more games to the arcade for rainy days.
