"La Gemma was a beautiful place to stay. The host, Gemma, was such a lovely and hospitable person, making us feel welcome the moment we booked. She went above and beyond with our room and booking, walking us through maps of the area and events happening during our stay. She was also so kind and playfor with our 1 year old, giving her toys and making her a balloon animal. Breakfast was tailored and delicious. Overall a fantastic stay."

"Gorgeous 600 year old building right in the historic center. Great staff, gorgeous rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of Naple. Huge wooden door that closed at night for safety and for noise. Completely quiet even though it was a busy Friday night. Clean room and given a free drink in the lobby after 6:00. The elevator is very old and can only house two people at a time but still it great working condition. Would stay again. "

"We only stayed here one night as Naples was just one leg of our journey. But It's Room Naples is now our go to hotel anytime we are staying in Naples. Convenient to all the shops and restaurants of Via San Gregorio Armeno. Very safe location."

"Lovely little bed and breakfast once you get up to it on the first floor. The ground floor and up the staircase there feels a little sketchy. The people here are very nice and we had a lovely chat with Andrea at breakfast where he provided helpful recommendations and tips. The room was spacious and had many amenities. One small thing - the day we got there, I pulled out a big fluffy blanket from the closet to use (there were two). The next day, after they had serviced the room, both were removed...

"The accommodation was quite creepy. On the first night, a woman knocked on my door in the middle of the night, wanting to check if the male staff member of the accommodation was in my room. A disturbing experience — I do not recommend this place."

"Clean room, high ceilings, walking distance to public transportation and tourists attractions. For the price I say it’s pretty great. All the receptionist was nice and helpful. "

"Breakfast options were ok although some of the pastries could have been fresher. Staff were efficient and some were friendly!
Room was great and spotless.
Shame no bar although you could order drinks. "

"This hotel was great. Very busy area, close to marina and many restaurants. The room was cleaned daily. Great balcony too! The only downside was the shower head kept coming off and they did not fix it, just jammed it back on. "

"You could hear every noise outside the room but other than that the room was clean and everything worked. Close to main streets and stores. Easy to get in contact with property owner."

"We had a great stay! the staff was really friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had something for every taste."
"The location was excellent near the main train, metro and bus stations. Room is clean and comfortable. We opted for no breakfast but based on the menu - it looked great."
"The ambiance was beautiful, loved the pleasant fresh clean aroma of the hotel from you enter the door.
The staff was very helpful, room was clean and comfortable.
Loved the access to the many options for food."
"Excellent quality of room. Enjoyed rooftop drinks and dinner - although somewhat chilly in October. Wonderful view of harbor and Vesuvius - marred by harbor front obstruction noise during the day. Very helpful staff at front desk."
