The apartment was very nice, clean and the staff was great. Once inside the lobby it was nice, however the entrance to the building is quite run down and the stairs (no elevator to first floor) were dirty and poorly kept. I must say it is a public space for the building, so I assume there is little the company can do about it. I would certainly recommend this place to stay.

Great spot to stay in central Naples. The garden balcony setting is a beautiful oasis in a busy city. The staff are beyond friendly. They even prepared us a to go breakfast for our early checkout. I will definitely stay here on any future trips to the area.

The Bellini House is a true gem in Naples! We had a wonderful stay here. "+" The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming – they made us feel right at home. "+" The breakfasts were delicious, with fresh and tasty options every morning. We really appreciated having a kettle in the room and being able to make tea anytime "+" there's a great coffee machine in the lobby. "+" The interior design is beautiful and cozy, with lots of attention to detail. "+" The location is also perfect – close to everything but still peaceful. "+" The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day. "-" The only downside is that there is no elevator, which might be an issue for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Still, we would absolutely stay here again!

If you’re reading this just book it already!

This is an excellent place to stay! The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, it’s clean, breakfast (on the patio!) is fantastic, and the location is perfect. You’re next to Piazza Bellini which has many restaurants and bars, next to the Centro Storico, and also next to Dante Station and a short walk from Toledo. Don’t think it gets much better than this!

We absolutely loved the Bellini House! Everything is very beautifully and thoughtfully decorated with a unique flair! Stefania ,Veronica and Francesca are just above nice and personable. We were made to feel very welcome upon arrival. I believe we were greeted by the owners. They were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful, well furnished rooms with a full kitchen. Breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast with fresh baked pastries. Coffee was made fresh and served by the staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Naples. It’s a 10 out of 10.

Excellent property with cleaned decoration, and proffesional staff. My family of six stayed at the delux suite and it was very spacious, everyone slept comfotably. The bathroom was big with a rain shower head. The terrace was calm and it faces the garden, perfect spot to enjoy your always available espresso or tea. My kids were dissapointed because we were only there for one day. I promised them we will return soon for a longer stay. The Bellini House will definetly be my first choice.

Don't think, just book.

This place and all their other properties in Napoli are amazing ! If you are unsure about booking here just do it ! We are very particular about where we stay and we were very satisfied with the accomodations as well as the service. Everyone is kind and willing to help with whatever they can. The breakfast is excellent but dont expect an American breakfast.... youre in Italy :) The bellini is in a lively place where people are outside at the bars all night but they have double doors on the balcony to keep the noise out and shutters for the light. If i were to come back or refer any place to friends it would be one of their properties. Enjoy !

Séjour de 4 nuits exceptionnel. The Bellini House est au coeur de Naples avec le métro à 5 minutes. Chambres au calme ne donnant pas sur la rue mais sur un jardin en contrebas. Le petit déjeuner était fait maison et très copieux .Des jeux et livres sont à disposition, une déco hétéroclite et très originale offrent une expérience exceptionelle. Enfin merci aux filles du Bellini House qui ont été très sympas et toujours à disposition.
