"Alessandra's place was a lovely stay. The rooms are modern, clean, and surprisingly spacious! We enjoyed a cappucino, pastries, yogurt, and juice provided by the host each morning. The area also felt safe and quiet from the tourism district while being 2 mins away from a waterbus. We would recommend friends to stay here if they are in Venice. "Home was so clean and neat. very close to Alpe di Siusi and Seceda gondola station. Town was walkable distance for shopping and dining."

"The appartement is very comfortable for a family with 2 kids and well localized. Our stay was good overall. They were only 2 things that bother us a bit : it's a bit dark inside the flat and the water pressure should be controlled : during our shower, they weren't not lots of water and we had randomly cold / hot water. "This is a no brainer hotel right next to the train station. The breakfast was extremely good with delicious options, cappuccino coffee machines, and much more with cereal for kids. The room was clean and had air conditioning, smelled great like musk and roses. Shower could be bigger (almost felt like in a cruise shower). None the less all toiletries and hair dryer worked. Be careful of the big step to the bathroom. Lobby is great to sit in after checkout and waiting for train. They also have luggage room, so you can keep your luggage and continue to explore till your train time. Extra pillows and blanket in the closet. It would be great if there was atleast one extra mirror in the room for makeup etc. all in all great comfortable stay. Don’t forget to explore the little garden area outside the breakfast area. Check in was easy, they make photo copies of passport but maybe that is common there. At the end there was some tax/fee at check out per person not more than $2 or $3 per person. "

"What a brilliant place to stay in Venice! Location was perfect, just slightly away from the main busy areas so it felt peaceful, and so close to Fondamenta Nova for access to ferry network. The hostel is beautifully clean and the beds were comfy, air con works, everything functions great (down to the laundry that is €3 per load, payable by card and includes the detergent). The room was really sizeable, plenty of space and basic options for cooking with an under counter standard sized fridge. Breakfast was enough to set you up for the day, with fresh fruit salad and hot options of eggs, bacon etc. The real joy is the old building itself and the cloistered courtyard. It’s such a treat to have this amount of space in Venice, and on a hot afternoon, coming back to enjoy the courtyard and read in the shade looking at the orange trees felt like a real treat. The building itself is stunning. The staff are really helpful and friendly, and as non standard hostel goers (44yr old mum and 16yr old daughter) we felt entirely comfortable and the young people/students staying in the hostel/accommodation were respectful and very quiet! We couldn’t fault it, and will be recommending to anyone visiting Venice! "
