The property was great, staff were very accommodating and overall we had a great stay. The room was clean and the breakfast was fresh every morning. The hotel sits up hill from the town centre but is an easy walk and a walkable distance to everything you’d need!

The hotel was in a good location with easy access to central Venice. We had picked this stay for the spa facilities but this was undergoing maintenance and another guest had told us that the hotel charges extra for guests to use it (per hour) which was disappointing. The staff were polite and helped us check in quickly and did allow us to store our bags at the hotel on the last day after check out

Very amazing staff, property is very huge and amazing. Only think is really far from the train station, it wasn't a problem but just to you know it is a island far away from everything, lil 25 minutes by water bus, but it was very good!

This is our 2nd stay at the Hyatt Centric in Murano, and we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Venice. The waterbus stop is right outside the hotel, the shops are right outside the hotel, there are at least 8 restaurants within 200m of the hotel! It's clean, bright and modern, with lovely facilities and excellent staff.

3pm check in turned out to be 4 pm although they gave us a complementary drink to compensate. Common lift areas smelt of vomit and unbearable. Rooms were great though. Limited food choices for vegetarians and local restaurants in murano were shut hence not a great experience.

We had a great stay, the town of Murano is quiet. Staff was great and the room was very cleaned. The buffet in the mornings was pretty good so the money was worth it. We loved a small restaurant called Osteria Al Duomo which was down the street. The Murano glass factory was a cool, as you can see the employees making many things out of glass. It was a different experience as everything is through water taxi, so there aren’t any vehicles. We loved it.
