This was a great place to stay. Everything from the location, to the room and to the staff was excellent! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, which made it easy to move from the hotel to the train station.

I LOVED this property. The rooms are in a building that has a historical feel to it. I was super impressed with how clean and quiet my room was. Dealing with jet lag, this was the only room i could sleep with no issues, and I stayed in 4 different hotels during my trip. If you're in doubt, just book it, you won't regret it.

A wonderful suite which has been beautifully refurbished. Lovely high ceilings and wood beams, tastefully plastered walls and a chic bathroom with a power shower. Air con was a welcome break from a heat outside! Coffee machine was also a nice touch. Only two minus points was no sparkling bottle of wine which was on my VIP perks and the glass on the stairs needs a good clean as lots of hair and dust. We would happily return to this property.

Definitely would reccomend

5 minutecwalk from thecwater bus stop and a 10-15 minute walk to most central attractions. Such beautiful rooms, beds really comfortable, check in staff lovely and helped us with an extra nights accommodation with no fuss after our flight was cancelled. Lots of lovely little bars and restaurants nearby, Would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel, very central and very modern and clean. Only downside was the room got very hot and the air conditioning didn’t go cold enough to cool down the room meaning we had to open the window. This made it very noisy and hard to sleep. Lovely hotel and would stay again.

This is a great place to stay!! We were not expecting that!! The pictures on the website are not as good as the actual place! We stayed in 2 suites, one for the kids and one for us. That was great. We will stay here again, no doubt. Mateo, at the reception was GREAT.

The staff was super friendly and the room was very clean. Too sparse on furniture. Nowhere to sit together. My husband sat on the stairs because no chairs. Also, they gave you one card that was needed for power when you were in the room. My sons wanted to go for ice cream and shopping which meant my husband and I would have to sit in the dark with no air conditioner.

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. No elevator. WiFi was not strong. It is very loud. You could hear the people in adjacent rooms going up and down stairs, talking, opening and closing doors, running and moving furniture around.
