"Very nice if you’re planning to travel with family, specially little ones. Kids loved it and had fun. They got to see monkeys, iguanas and couple other animals. All staff were very respectful and helpful. Also felt very comfortable leaving my kids at the kids zone for a while. Only reason I give it 4 starts is because the water activities suck as the cenote , canoe, and swimming in on the turtle section were closed."

One of our favorite features is the beach area—it’s calm, family-friendly, and perfect for young children who are still learning to swim. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we also enjoyed the variety and quality of the food. We look forward to returning again!"
