"Nice quite rooms with all you need, ie kettle, plenty of coffee, tea, Sugar and milk. Enough for 2 people for 2 days, having morning and evening drinks.
Breakfast was ok, plenty of choice of cereals, pastries etc and the cooked ENGLISH breakfast was very nice especially the Black Pudding.
The free internet was ok but at the back of the building in the rooms there it was a be sketchy. "
"Very friendly, yet professional staff, also very efficient, the room was exceptionally clean, in all areas and all the room facilities were excellent........there was an excellent choice for breakfast, catering for everyone, everything was fresh, the cooked food was hot and a great choice of drinks, hot and cold.......we didn't use the bar, but it looked very clean with a good range of drinks.......all in all a very enjoyable stay and we'll definitely be back, thank you. "Great hotel. We had an incident whereby on night one a neighbouring room had a very loud and aggressive domestic. Staff acted promptly and it was dealt with. I have to say the staff here are fantastic. Amazing with kids, go out of their way to be kind and helpful. The food is great. Pool is an added bonus. Rooms clean, warm and good hot water shower. Ticked all the boxes for us. Bus stop across the road so east access into Leeds too. Definitely will be booking again when back in Leeds"
