"It’s really a nice touch to have a free continental breakfast. That goes a long way. $12 for parking at we already paid for the hotel was annoying. Paying three dollars for a water instead of being complementary it was annoying. Not having any water or coffee for free in the lobby was annoying."

"The staff were excellent. Unable to link movie apps from my phone. Staff tried to help, unsuccessfully. Pool was closed. Phone had extremely low volume and the staff and I couldn’t hear each other. After checkout $80 had been changed in addition to the amount charged at checkout. I called and told it was customary and would be refunded if I didn’t have a bar bill or damage to my room. I have to wait 10 business days for a refund. Ridiculous!"

"Above average stay. HVAC was noisy...but not so bad I couldn't get to sleep. Room setup was a little off with TV being on right side of bed and not the foot of the bed. Shower was great. Place was busy with kids, so avoided the pool, but that's anywhere you go."
