After a long day, it was so nice to check into our room and then go down for the "kickback" food and drinks so we didn't have to get back out and hunt for a place to eat dinner. The buffet was delicious and had so much variety. The room was very clean and quite comfortable. We also enjoyed the hot and hardy breakfast buffet. Having a quality dinner and breakfast included are wonderful amenities. The staff are warm, friendly, and professional.

This will definitely be our go to when in KC. Breakfast had many options and good. The kickback was perfect for us to get a bite to eat right before heading to a concert. Rooms clean. Staff excellent. Parking garage for the storm lastnight. Hopefully we are able to stay long enough to enjoy the pool and hot tub with our next stay.

6/10 Okay

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Breakfast was good. Pool facilities were a little odd, small pool. Elevator didn’t work for the whole stay. We stayed here same time last year, and it felt like the property was a little run down as compared to last year. Loud banging noises on the 7th floor next to our room, and a dirty pair of underwear left for days on 7th floor hallway, close to back stairway. I don’t know that I’d stay here again.
