Pillows were very very soft and you could rent extra pillows if desired. Other amenities were just adequate and staff seemed under pressure and did not appear as welcoming as other hotels we have stayed in Japan

Great hotel close to both Dotonbori, Den Den Town and the Subway. Friendly staff, regular size room and a free coffee/ice coffee machine in the lobby! When I go back go Osaka, I will stay here again! :)
