The room is clean, yet the hallways have a noticeable odor, specifically resembling fried food. We have observed that there is no drinking water available and the coffee machine is currently non-operational. The staff, however, are commendable for their pleasant and helpful demeanor. The location is excellent. It is important to note that the advertised laundry amenities were not provided during my stay.

This property has an excellent location at the edge of Namba an Nippombashi. There are enough restaurants in the area that you could eat at a different one every day for three or four years without repeating yourself. A lot of Osaka best sights are easy walking distance, such as the Dotonbori Canal or the Tsutenkaku tower. There is also oodles of shopping and fantastic transportation links if you use the trains. Rooms are a bit on the small side but well planned out so it’s not really an issue.
