"Check-in was on a lower floor to the entrance of hotel. No formal greeting as was told to sled check-in at machine so nobody actually to speak to. Felt very mechanical. No sign of the baths onsen in the hotel at all so didn’t use them so disappointed. Room was good and view was lovely on 49th floor. ..."
