位置離花園町站很近，步行約1分鐘，新今宮站步行約10分鐘，到哪裡都算蠻方便。 樓下旁邊就是商店街，步行2分鐘有Lawson，3分鐘有全家。 有廚房，鍋子碗筷都有，有單間獨立洗衣機和浴缸，廁所是免治馬桶，床稍窄但一個人睡單人床也很夠，還有一張沙發床也很舒適，衣櫃衣架蠻多，有電視和茶几，落地窗打開有陽台可曬衣。 整體非常滿意，除了第一天毛巾上有頭髮，後來有自己用洗衣機重新洗過，其他都不錯！

Great Location and environment. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a supermarket nearby. And also family mart and mcdonald at the exit of the MRT.
