He was als very friendly and welcoming which was very much appreciated after a long drive and day The beds were very comfortable and the room had been updated. "Room was very clean & comfortable. There was only one sitting chair & a nightstand on one side of the bed. Convenient location. We didn't use the kitchen but it is nice to know that it's available & we will keep that in mind for future trips. "

"This was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever seen. The floor was extremely sticky, it literally made noise every time you took a step. There were streaks and grime on the furniture, mirrors, and even the walls, which made the whole room feel neglected and unsanitary. The bathroom was just as bad as the rest of the room. It clearly had not been cleaned, and there was dirty water left sitting in the bathtub. We were extremely tired as this was just a stop halfway through our trip, so we only stayed about 6 hours. Even then, we fell asleep feeling uncomfortable and honestly a bit anxious, hoping there wouldn’t be any insects or bed bugs. This stay was very disappointing and far below acceptable cleanliness standards."
