You could smell the Finger Lakes coffee there was a big I Love NY icon to take pictures and brochures and interactive screens to plan your Upstate New York visit. Also it’s uniquely located in America’s (6th largest mall is what I was told, but definitely the biggest mall I have ever seen). You could also purchase all sorts of regional small farm to table food. Very cool!

We checked it was after midnight. The front desk clerk was helpful and accomodating. In fact, the room she gave us had not been cleaned snd prepared for new occupants. The front desk clerk was apologetic and quickly found another room for us. Breakfast was as expected. It was good but nothing special.was

Myroom that was booked was not cleaned when I arrived at 5pm. The staff did find me another room. That room was clean, but had an oder due to whatever they use to clean. The room provided a desk but no chair. The internet was not working in my room, but they have a very comfortable lobby area that I was able to get my work done in. The staff tried to help me and where very polite.

The staff was incredible and helpful. So kind. My room had no towels or toiletries. Got them from front desk. The locl on my room was broken i got locked out. You could tell my room and the rrom next to mine had broken locks and hed to be broken into prior to my stay as the wood all around the locks are smashed and broken. They couldnt fix the locknon my room but put meninto anither room that was perfect. Clean comfy hotel. Comfy bed and very roomy inside the rooms. Definitely will stay here agin.

Close enough to SU

Mary checked us in right away and was very friendly. Trip to visit Syracuse University so it was a quick trip. Free breakfast including a do it yourself waffle station made check out a breeze!
