What a beautiful place! We had such an awesome stay. The hosts were awesome and the homemade breakfasts were delicious. The other guests that we talked to were repeat customers and if we ever happen to be in this area we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A beautiful , historic home within walking distance of a charming village with scenic views and pedestrian trails. The innkeepers Jim and Phyllis are friendly and available. The rooms and sitting areas are spacious, beautifully decorated and welcoming! Breakfast was delicious both mornings with a sweet and a savory choice and always with fresh fruit that is in season. We highly recommend staying in this wonderful B&B when visiting central NY.

Breakfast was delicious. I have to control my carb intake but really wanted the waffle with honey laced cream cheese. OMG. Yum. They were kind enough to give me a small portion of sweet and savory for breakfast. Chatting with other guests was nice and relaxing. Went out back and meditated by the koi pond before heading out. Loved it.

We were in town for the Dinner Detective murder mystery dinner at the Mohegan Manor. The Baldwinsvile B&B was a short, one block, walking distance away. Nice clean room and bath. Breakfast was amazing! We highly recommend!
