The reception staff (Tony and his team) were friendly, very prompt with requests and made everything for me very easy, they even kept my luggage for 2 days after i checked out to go to Sapa. The location of the hotel is convenient and close to train street, easily walkable to most places or a very cheap grab ride away. Will book again next time I am in Hanoi. "

It was close enough to the old quarter to be walkable, but far enough that you aren’t woken up by honking taxis or other street noise in the middle of the night (though it starts promptly at 7AM!)
