"Overall, I really liked this hotel. It’s in a good location if you’re okay to walk up to 20 min. to the downtown area. We didn’t use our car really at all which was awesome. However they charge $35 nightly for valet and try to hide that there’s a street behind the hotel with unlimited free street parking / no parking rules. The hotel rooms are big (odd layout but who cares) with a kitchen if you need it. The pool/courtyard area is very cute. The complimentary breakfast is okay but at least it’s free and has a large variety! My main issue with the hotel is their strange every other day cleaning policy. We basically asked when we needed our bed made or more towels but never had a full cleaning during our 3 night stay. Most of the front desk staff and valet are very kind, but did have one member who was terrible rude / unhelpful. We also had a night when there were trash bags throughout the floor left out for hours. Even with these issues, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for you next Savannah seat!"

"I picked this hotel because it is located on the river front and we could walk every where we wanted to go. We had plenty of restaurants and bars and little shops to explore in to get out of the heat. We had a great time in Savannah. I would definitely recommend the Hyatt Regency Riverfront in Savannah."

"River Street Inn was a wonderful place to stay and a great choice for anyone visiting Savannah. The location is perfect, right on River Street, with easy access to restaurants, shops, bars, the waterfront, and many of the historic attractions nearby. The building has a lot of charm and character, which made the stay feel unique compared to a standard hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a historic feel while still offering the modern conveniences needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated being able to walk around the area without needing to drive everywhere. This is a great hotel for travelers who want to experience the heart of Savannah and enjoy the atmosphere of the riverfront. I would recommend River Street Inn to anyone looking for a convenient, charming, and memorable place to stay."
