"Very clean hotel right next to Oita station lots of shopping and food and easy travel but bus or train or foot . My fiance said the onsen was super nice and clean . Checking in and out very easy and fast all the staff super nice and friendly and very accommodating considering I don't speak Japanese. I have visited Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and Oita for a little over a week in each city. Oita was by far my most enjoyable and relaxing city I have visited. "Everything was neat and tidy, with a bento breakfast thrown in and cheap parking on a lot out the back, for an affordable price. The staff were all good too. There's a Gust restaurant next door and a Lawson across the road. However, the doors were a little low for tall people, the corridors aren't air conditioned and I'd prefer a regular buffet breakfast rather than eating a bento in my room."

"Staff members are so nice! I was very happy because even though we were late for the breakfast time they kindly served us. Hotel is very clean, modern, and convenient. I would definitely stay again at this hotel. Again this service was the top level of high standard of Japan generally. "
"Food is good, staff are extremely friendly. Room is nice and clean. the only thing that I have to complain is the sound proofing from the window, I can clearly hear all noises from the outside even I close all the windows"
"The interior had a nice cozy feel and it was a bonus to listen to a live pianist perform in the lobby area. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful even when I had a difficult situation with my luggage that they resolved with compassion. The kaiseki was amazing and our private bath was very relaxing. It was nice to be next to the sea for the breeze while soaking in the bath. The price was very affordable for the service they provide. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely visit again next time I come back to Beppu. "
"If you come, allocate some time to visit the amenities. The amazing amount of amenities is very hard to beat from the public and private baths, free ice cream, Yakult, and warm soba. "
