何か聞きたいなとか困った事があったらスタッフがもう近くにいて先に声をかけてくれるというホスピタリティ溢れるホテルでした。お部屋も清潔でリラックスできるインテリアが良かったです。朝食ブッフェとアフタヌーンティーが美味しかったです。

Excellent property with fantastic sea views. Very co-ordial staff and helpful. Overall we had a fantastic stay at the resort. The maisonnette where we stayed at, had breathtaking views of the Beppu bay especially during sunrise. It also had private onsens which were very well maintained giving us a great way to experience onsens! Having said that, I do think that having cold milk vending machines would definitely add to the onsens experience.
