"Great location "

"Everything was fine except i arrived at 6 am and was told to wait until 1500 for check in. Fine whatever cant you check the rooms ? Is it ready or ar you just standing on protocal? And because i had to wait, i was unable to get breakfast as i didnt make a reservation. But i was there at 6 am? Maybe ask if id like to eat 🤔. And they charged extra money for my daughter even though i paid for 2 people. Why its my room who cares who visits. Place sucks "

"Wonderful stay in Fujisawa (after living here 15 years ago) it brought great joy to return - lovely spacious apartment with coffee maker’s dream facilities! Thank you for a lovely comfortable stay. "AC ok not blew hot air so staff only offered a fan and told us to leave the window open. The exterior lights from the building across the street lit up the room all night because we had to leave the curtains open to let the air in. The fan was plugged in next to the bathroom with the sketchy cord strung across the floor under the door way. My partner tripped over the fan cord in the middle of the night causing bruises on her leg. So we did not get a good sleep and sustained injuries. Next day sucked walking around tired and sore but we had our sight seeing itinerary to fulfill. Second night we just grabbed our things put the key in the self checkout box and moved to another hotel with AC "
