"Could have a better equipped gym. Not much to do around the area. "

"The hotel was excellent with stunning views of Tokyo tower and Shiba park. The location was great with fantastic connections for transport and local restaurants and amenities. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help. I would recommend anyone to stay here, even if it is for a night to enjoy the view from the roof bar."

"The room was clean and a good size. The staff was helpful and check-in was smooth. They have an area to lock up your bags if you need to with plenty of space. It was a short walk to Shinjuku station, so it was really convenient to get around the area. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Breakfast option not good - overpriced, medium quality (in a Sizzler?). Lounge drinks ver overpriced. Great otherwise. Interesting room layout, views great from upper floors but windows on the small side. Excellent staff and service. "
