Nice hotel room. Didn’t like that there were too many kids, I think there was an event/tournament. The line for breakfast was too long because of that. Other than that, place was great.

3 vehicles were broken into on the last night of our stay. It happened at 3:00am, we found it at 10:00am, in 7 hours the car that drives around 24/7 for security never saw or reported it???!!!! The actual hotel was wonderful. We just had an issue with security. It seemed like a better part of Oakland but I guess not.

Amazing stay! Clean, comfy and accommodating on so many levels! The staff was outstanding, the facility was. immaculate! Breakfast was on point. When we venture from the valley back to the Bay this is where we’ll stay!

They don’t offer room service unless you request it. But I was able to ask for sheets and toilet paper, trash bags freely so I can do the work my self

There were plenty of times that the front desk was not manned by anyone. The security is in a regular sedan with orange lights on it. C'mon, how does that look?
