"I highly recommend Grand Hyatt Jeju. The view from our room was completely stunning. We had three side-by-side floor-to-ceiling windows that gave us a view overlooking a large part of Jeju City. The hotel room was large, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The hotel had a ton of dining options, and we really liked all the restaurants we visited. The rooftop pool and hot tubs were great! This hotel was a tremendous value for the money. If I visit Jeju again (which I hope to do), I would definitely stay here again."

"It’s a good place for a one-night stay, especially if you arrive on a late flight, as the hotel is very close to the airport. The gym is basic, with a few cardio machines and some dumbbells. Parking is available, and the staff are friendly and speak English well. The hotel is also conveniently located near a few stores and restaurants, and my rental car pickup was only seven minutes away by foot."

"The check in was a bit confusing as I didn’t receive the online check in link, but the room was amazing! It was spotless. I loved the touch ups of the room with the color palette and the decorations. It’s well equipped with ridiculous storage space, a small kitchen (with cleaning tool), laundry (with detergent) and a bidet. It’s within walking distance to the main shopping street. It’s suitable for long term stay. I’d stay here again. "
