The staff is super helpful. Great location! I wish that they could have charging panel beside the bed instead of on the desk. The charging panel is compatible for iPhone original plug, but the wall socket is not. You can find the adapter at the convenience store in the lobby

The hotel is well located and you can walk around. Just most of the staff is like in a bad mood, for example I arrived around 13:00 and the girl in the front desk told me, checking in is at 15:00 or pay extra. I told her I dont want to pay and she gave me back my passport and said come back later. In most of the places, they normally do the paper work so later I can just go to pick up the key but this was not the case.

We stayed at Maison Glad Jeju for 5 days and though the hotel was clean and quiet, our hotel room would sometimes heat up to 26 degrees. We had called the front desk twice. The first time, they said that maintainence would come up and help and they never did and the second time, they said they’d bring up a fan and they never did. It’s was annoyingly hot and we honestly were not impressed. Other than that, the stay was fine and location was convenient.
