"This hotel was in a great location and the staff were kind, but it was disappointing that there was no phone in the room, and thus, you had to walk downstairs if you had a question or needed anything. Also, my bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush and the next day I had to change rooms as the maintenance man wasn’t come for 2 days! That’s crazy that the maintenance worker comes every 3 days! I’m not planning to stay here again. "

"The hotel is pleasant. The rooms are clean and nice as are the bathrooms. It is only a couple of minutes walk from the train station (which takes you to London). There are cafes and bars on the same street and it is a pleasant area to walk around. The hotel staff is only there for a short amount of time each day and there is no breakfast (though there are plenty of options for breakfast within a minute's walk of the hotel). "

"The hotel was beautifully decorated in the main lobby area. Rooms had ample charging plugs, very clean and functional with USB and even type C charges so adaptors not really necessary. "

"Property run down and room smelled very bad (think spoiled milk, wet socks and pee). Didn’t stay, walked across the street and stayed at the Doubletree for £20 more and included breakfast. "

"Second stay at the Castle Hotel did not disappoint the facilities are great with friendly staff, good dining options and the location for an event at Brands Hatch is hard to beat. We would happily stay there again."
