"Good "

"I booked this based on reviews and the hot tub. I was looking for a place to relax after a long drive but we got there and the room we were given first smelled like someone had smoked a pound of weed in it, then we were given another room and it was good. We all slept horribly. The pillows were like rocks, the early AM all we heard were roller carts back and forth our front door that work up us. I know it’s staff but it wanted to sleep in. The breakfast was standard but we opted out as it was overly crowded for the space they had and the hot food looked not appetizing at all. The bathroom in the room was soooo tiny. The pool and hot tub was overloaded by kids and families (not the hotels fault) and drunk loud people, it was just not the vibe I wanted. We ended up not using the hot tub or pool as it wasn’t relaxing atmosphere and we would not book here again -I even have 2 kids. This is the kind of review I would want in order for me to make a decision on a hotel. "

"I was misled by the reservations person who told me that I had no reservations for this hotel. Now I’m being charged without even staying there! I will dispute this transaction with my bank unless it is resolved!"

"Clean room. Amazing staff from the night time receptionist Jean to day time Greg and finally Ms Stacie that handles the breakfast. Phenomenal service"
