"The location of this hotel is outstanding—right on the Magnificent Mile, making it perfect for exploring Chicago. The property is well maintained, the staff was pleasant, and overall we had a good stay.
However, for a hotel charging nearly $500 per night, I expected much better comfort. We stayed in a Junior Suite, and unfortunately the mattresses and especially the pillows were of very poor quality. The beds were quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. For the price and category of this hotel, upgrading the mattresses and pillows should be a priority. A better sleep experience would make a significant difference and better match the premium rates."
