"The overall appearance and experience within the hotel was excellent. The staff were good and helpful even if the barman made for awkward company. Sadly the spa facilities were a bit hit and miss with the sauna not really being up to temperature and the steam room being intermittent with its operation. This would’ve been okay if guests had unlimited spa hours and we could’ve worked around. But with only two 2 hour slots in the day within which to use the spa and for those two hour slots to be intermittent because of the immunity time it was slightly disappointing but a good stay nonetheless."

Few critisms is room was a little dusty and could have done with a new lick of paint, and the fan was a little noisy (probably could do with AC in the future considering the rising temp in the UK) but overall I was happy with the service I got for the money, noon check out was a god send."
