"Everything was clean, for the price it was very nice. Accessible to Everything downtown. Everyone was very nice. Would absolutely stay again! And only 5 minutes from Starbucks. And 40 minutes from looking glass falls. Absolutely amazing."

"The staff is absolutely amazing! Extremely helpful and courteous. Room service arrived quickly. Dinner was delicious and flavorful. I love the ambiance, the warmth and the beautiful artwork all around the hotel. The Valet team worked incredibly efficiently. Rooms are spacious and beautifully maintained. The Bed was comfortable and I enjoyed a relaxing soak in the bathtub with the bath salts provided. I would stay here again."
