Once we got there we had to pay an additional $80 for a security deposit that wasn’t listed on the website or app. So have to wait for that to get back to my account. But over all the hotel was a great pick. Would stay there again now that I know about the extra charge!! "

"My recent stay at the Hyatt Place Virginia Beach Oceanfront from July 13 to 16 was nothing short of spectacular! This hotel truly set the bar high for all future stays. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional service, particularly the valet team, which was incredibly efficient and accommodating. The rain limited our outdoor activities, but we didn’t mind one bit because the comfort of our room made it an enjoyable stay. One of the highlights of our mornings was definitely the breakfast. The spread was amazing—everything was fresh, delicious, and plentiful. It was the perfect way to fuel up for our adventures, even if they were limited this time. What made this stay even more special was that it was my mother's first time in a hotel. I’m so glad I chose Hyatt Place for her introduction to hotel stays. She absolutely loved every moment, from the modern amenities to the stunning views.
