"Wonderful staff and facility. Decor a bit dated but in very good condition. My only issue was the room was on the ground floor. One of a very few hotels on the ocean to have first floor rooms. We booked a double balcony room but it was more a sidewalk without separation from the adjacent rooms. Also the room being just a few feet from the boardwalk it didn't feel as secure. At night people who weren't staying there would sit in the chairs of empty rooms. I would definitely stay here again, just not on the first floor."

"The staff was a exceptional. Beach access was great. We only had two issues. One was cosmetic repairs - the ceiling had been repaired and the patched area was painted a slightly different color. They should have painted the entire ceiling. Also, there was some missing tile in bathroom and sloppy caulking around sink. The second issue was the mandatory valet parking. The lot was very accessible as it is across the street from the hotel. We would have preferred to park our car. Ultimately, we really enjoyed the other aspects of the hotel. So, those issues were very minor. We certainly would stay there again."

"Our trip was for a week. Probably would do something different for a longer stay in the future. But if you plan a quick weekend trip it’s okay. Pool was closed. And the hotel does not offer much of anything extra. You have to park a couple blocks away. And if there is an event you can’t pull your car close to load your luggage. Not a horrible place. Staff was friendly. But didn’t stand out as somewhere I’d stay again."

"There are two outdoor pools and an indoor pool. The smaller outdoor pool area was pleasant. The large outdoor pool was closed at the time of our visit. The indoor pool has a lazy river thing going on and would be nice during bad weather. Pool towels were comically small"

"This hotel ruined our vacation it was a really bad choice that will never happen again they give us room in the back so no view i paid 114 a night wich means front view then there was no room service they was skipping our room when we asked them to clean the room they clean the bathroom only another thing there was a freaking construction in the parking wake me up early morning i thought it was fire alarm no breakfast no only two cart over there for the entire hotel i don’t know why they have 4.1 star"
