"温泉の種類が豊富で、朝ごはんも夕飯も美味しかった！キッズスペースがあるので、子連れにぴったりだと思うのですが、喫煙所があるため、キッズスペースもややタバコ臭い。お風呂の脱衣所にもタバコの臭いがしました。 建物自体は全体的に古い印象ですが、お風呂やキッズスペース、食事スペースが綺麗だったので良かったと思います。 タバコ臭さを改善してもらえれば、最高だとおもいます"

"I was supposed to meet a family member here, but their flight was canceled and could no longer meet me here in Japan. I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. I was very unimpressed by their business ethics...

The room is clean, spacious and the provision of a air purifier has added value to the hotel. Bus services provided by Nishitetsu and Kitakyushu city allow one to travel easily to other major towns."
