Great location

Excellent location, excellent breakfast, nice staff. The room was quite small, no room for suitcases and clothing etc. No shelves. Even hooks on the wall would help to hang your stuff.

I did not expect to enjoy this hotel quite so much as we were cramped in the room and the beds were very hard. But the staff is very helpful, it's so convenient to be able to walk to the train with our luggage, I love Kokura for shopping and the castle

Only stat here for convenience.

The Good: convenient to rail stations and many options to eat close by. 2. They immediately addressed my need for feather free room upon arrival but never responded to the request through their website. Bad1. Lack of security- anyone in the train station can ride the elevator to hotel rooms bypassing check in. No security guard to keep vagrants out. 2. Poor Amenities - no Hair Dryer, No Clock, No lotion , no in room coffee3. Executive lounge does not have any beverages other than Beer and water and tea bags and coffee beans. Little bags of nuts. No breakfast lunch or dinner served and I paid extra for 5 beers...not worth it. 4. Window view of Kokura Castles was worthless because the glass has not been cleaned in years. I paid less per night at Hiltons and Marriotts in Japan. Stay in Hakata at a real luxury hotel.

Newly renovated and very clean. Location was outstanding in relation to travel, shopping, and dining. Hotel breakfast buffet had a good selection of tasty dishes. Convenient coin laundry. Staff was great except for one fellow who could do a lot better dealing with foreign guests: would go into panic mode if the guest had trouble communicating in Japanese.
