何度か利用していますが、客室やロビー、エレベーターなど清潔だった。 朝食をいただきましたが、前回より内容が良く美味しかった。 残念だったのは、同階に宿泊していた部活動女子学生が深夜までと早朝から騒がしく、とても不快であった。 あと、直方花火大会が火事で途中で中止になった。

無駄な備品はなく、必要な物はフロントそばに設置してある物を必要な品物・量を持っていける。勿論、追加も可能です。その無駄を無くしている分、宿泊費の低価格に繋げていると思います。

建物自体古いが掃除は行き届いてる。アメニティ、グラス等は一切なくフロント横に用意されてるので必要な分持っていく。壁が薄いのか隣の部屋のテレビ音がうるさいのが欠点であった。

浴室のシャワー使用で浴槽が池になり全く水が流れず非常に不満だった。 排水溝の掃除・確認が全く出来てない。前回宿泊時もベッド下に使用済みスリッパが残っていたこともあった。 清掃清潔は宿泊施設の基本のキと思うが、今後は十分注意確認して欲しい！

Very kind and priceworthy

Very helpful and supportive to change my room into a non-smoking twin-bed room from the other style. Economic room rate and great dinner site (Izakaya). One problem was to reserve a taxi from another town back to the hotel in the evening (This is not the hotel's problem but the area's one)

主人が、枕が合わなくて寝にくいと　言ってたので フロントに聞いてきたらといったのですが、そのまま寝たのですが、やはり　朝になって　寝にくかったと言ってました。朝食に行くときになって　枕が借りられたというのに気付いて、早く問い合わせたら良かったのにと後悔です。
