"This is the only terrible experience I have had for so many years of traveling. The bathroom is leaking badly like fountain, the bath tub has the similar size as the one for dogs in North America. It takes 5 steps from entrance to bedding area and no railing in the outside: for me this is a safely issue for any steps higher than 2 feet without railing. "It’s a great place for a family to stay. The space is big enough for us to walk around. It also equipped with a washing machine and a cloth dryer, and they really help us a lot during the long term stay in Fukuoka. However, you won’t get the password of the room until 14:00 pm on that day you check in, which made us a little bit nervous. "
