"I had a early morning appointment so I wasn’t able to have breakfast, but there was ample enough parking, I spilled a 1/2 a cup of soda so I got a hand towel and cleaned it up, it was disgusting to the point it was almost black, so I got a wet washcloth and cleaned up the sticky part and that was even worse. Dirty disgusting dirty. The place is almost brand new these people should be ashamed of their self, leaving it like that. !!!"

"Excellent stay. Staff was very informative and attentive without being intrusive. Fresh granola bars out, along with s'more kits to use near the coffee bar at the Zabriskie house. Everything is in walking distance but they did offer shuttle service to most things I believe. The spa was amazing. Spent almost all day there before our treatment in and out of the various hot tubs, cold plunges, saunas, steam room & tranquility room. Will be returning. "

"I called ahead that I was a late check in. Arrived and the front desk employee seemed drunk or under some influence - complained he had waited for me for a long time. Slurred everything so I had a hard time understanding him. Something about how I had the last room, and he had to go check something? But he gave me a key. Me and my partner went to the room and the desk employee never came, so I was confused by that. Everything besides the sheets and bathroom were quite dirty and disgusting. But it was 11pm and I was too exhausted to try to find somewhere else. We ate and went to sleep. Fairly quiet, were not disturbed, but as you will see in my pictures - just not a good room (especially for $100+ a single night)."
