Good place to stay for the price . Work in area and with all the snow have been using this for sleep instead of driving home in horrible snow storms . Small and clean room . Water needs time to heat up . First time confusing check in at kiosk, now after a few times .. simple . Good for price !

We could walk to a nice brewery for dinner. Coffee was available, but no breakfast. Price for holiday weekend was good. Didn't get wifi. Would stay again.

Finger Lakes Inn was easy to get to, and I was driving from lower Westchester. My room was clean and inviting. The staff was polite and were knowledgeable of the area. I lost my hotel key, and a replacement was given without any hassle. The price point was exactly what I was willing to pay. All in all, a very good place to stay. My stay was from 10/11-10/13/25.

I checked in quickly and was given the room key to my room at the end of the 2nd floor. The hotel was practically empty with the holiday coming. The room was neat and clean. The light over the window seat was not working. I discovered late evening that I had no hot water! I let it run about 10 minutes and it barely got lukewarm. The he bathroom was clean, but is in need of updating. The person on the desk the next morning was informed of my lack of hot water and asked if she could have maintenance check it out while I went out. I thought it was taken care of. Later that night I was going to shower, but after letting the water run for 17 minutes, the temperature was just lukewarm! I was able to tolerate sponge bathing at the sink , but unable to shower during my stay.

It was a good stay. Staff were very helpful. The Inn is pretty dated and rooms are a little small. Bathrooms need updates and remodeling. Everything was clean and the staff was great. Disappointed that they did not have complimentary breakfast

rooms were competitively inexpensive to other hotels in the area(on trivago) very clean rooms and all items needed were in the room coffee, microwave etc One items of concern was the bathroom shower floor didnt have the safety trips on the tub floor making it very slippery I put a towel on floor as to not slip and fall BUT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT OTHERWISE

Comfortable Hotel

This was a comfortable, clean hotel, a bit shabby but perfectly adequate. I’d stay there again. I did not like that people smoked right outside the front door, so when it was raining you had to walk through the smoke.

Would stay again.

We had a nice stay here. The receptionist was very friendly and pleasant. The bed was amazingly comfortable and I'm really picky about beds because of chronic pain. I slept GREAT. There wasn’t breakfast as advertised but there was coffee in the lobby in the morning. It was too much for what it was but it’s very obvious that the building is being taken care of and that the folks running it are working hard to make a nice stay for their guests. Would stay again.
