Normally when I stay here it's quiet and refreshing. This time there were a lot of kids there, I guess for a tournament. However, the occupants over my room were making noises all night, like someone was riding the chair around the room

I was unhappy that the hotel had zero staff in the building overnight. Not sure how’s that’s even legal?
