We only spent one night but the room was large, with two comfy beds, excellent mini bar selections, amenities, and furnishings were steps above typical “motel” look. Quiet yet convenient location (15 minutes to NOL and the Shaw Festival). Would definitely stay again!
I loved it. Couldn't be any happier with our stay. The decor was super cute. Everything was clean and cozy. I would love to come again in the fall when the leaves change. I have nothing but good to say about this place. The staff was lovely too.
Lovely, and sweet quiet place like you go back in time with a modern twist!
The property is very much a part of the neighborhood!
So relaxing!
Thank you !!!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The bed was comfortable and the room clean! The motel itself was very basic, in a very quiet subdivision with not much in the area. The staff were very friendly and try their best.
Excellent communication
Easy check in, check out
Clean, well styled facility (interior & exterior)
Convenient, safe parking
Thoughtful touches (in room snacks, books, etc)
Lovely, accomodating staff (polite, helpful)
Fantastic little cafe on site for light meals and drinks, on site tea saved my life in the morning :)
It was all very civilized :)
We were checking in late past the time of staff being there they had us all set up and ready to go with just a phone call to get all of our information. The staff on the phone was very helpful. The room was cute and cosy very clean. We had coffee and breakfast at the Kent lounge both mornings it was delicious. I highly recommend and would love to stay there again.
Motel room was very clean with up-to-date modern furniture/fixtures, comfortable bed with nice soft linens. Large clean bathroom and towels. Lots of parking spots and the staff were helpful and friendly. The Motel on-premise cafe food was very good. The Kent Motel is in a good location to the historic downtown, Shaw Festival Theatre, restaurants and wineries. Couple of Suggestions: Add a coffee maker in the rooms; we could not enjoy an early morning coffee until 8:00am as that is when the Motel's on-premise cafe opens. A larger visible sign at the front of the Motel would be helpful to direct customers where to check-in for their room. It was a little confusing where to go to check-in. Overall staying at the Kent Motel was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it.
Rooms were clean and nicely decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was beautiful and not too far away from downtown. Would definitely stay here again.
