For being right in the middle of the tourist trap (where I wanted to be), it was a decent hotel for the price range. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and clean. I would stay here again if revisiting the area.

This establishment could definitely use some refurbishment. Overall, the room we stayed in was large, clean, and you couldn't ask for a better location when staying in Niagara Falls. Everything is walkable from here. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone that would like to visit this area.

Easy check in, had a super convenient room location (most rooms seem like they are), pool area was kept in great shape, flower beds all around property well very well kept which might have been the most pleasant surprise of all. Would definitely stay here again, other than possibly avoiding Clifton Hill all together. But hotel didnt disappoint.

Location, location, location. In the middle of Clifton Hill where all the action is at. A brief walk to the falls. We had a balcony that looked toward the fall, even though you couldn’t really see them. It was pleasant to sit there and watch the action.
