Hotel is located very close to Clifton Hill and is great for families. The room had a balcony and was perfect for watching the fireworks. The room itself has peeling paint and broken furniture but was very clean.

We had a great stay. It was right around the corner from the falls and cliffton hill. The hotel summing pool was nice too my kids love it and the hot tub. We will stay here again.

The property was very close and walkable to everything The breakfast at the restaurant was reasonably priced and varied.Our room was very spacious and clean the mattresses were a bit lumpy and pillows need to be replaced That being said we would still stay here again but next time I would ask for a room with better mattresses
