"Food options for everyone"

"This a beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. You can walk around to nice restaurants and shopping mall. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was super friendly. It was raining the day we stayed there and we were able to borrow umbrellas from the hotel. We had a great stay and would love to stay again."

"Great restaurant for dinner and our buffet breakfast was delicious. You could also order a your own breakfast and special coffees etc. The free shuttle to and from the airport was wonderful too"

"So easy to get to Airport. New so it’s comfortable. Staff lovely. "

"Very businesslike, not overly friendly but professional. Location is a 10 min walk into town but it’s uphill on the return which was ok for us but just a heads up if you’re not keen on hills. "

"Really enjoyed our time there, the lakehouse and views are stunning. Away from hustle bustle of Queenstown. Food was great quality and well presented, service was very good, however menu was limited. Only downside was no shop or store nearby for drinks or snacks for our room."

"Things to know, there is a 24/7 shop just behind the hotel, you go through the lobby. At the front (Reception side) there's Pizza Hut, Kebab, Shop that are open till late. The Buffet is good too and also the facilities, pool, spa, sauna, herbal steam room, the showers 👍"
